2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Ground Bay Leaves
1 tsp Filé Powder
½ tsp Ground Cloves
1 tsp Ground Thyme
½ tsp dried Rosemary
½ tsp Ground Ginger
½ tsp Cumin Powder
¼ tsp Ground Allspice
½ C Smoked Paprika

Combine all ingredients, mix well and store in a tightly sealed glass jar to hold freshness. Stay fresh for up to 4 months.
